Philip Lister is Mokoro's Programme Manager, providing a key service to both consultants and clients. He has a Masters in Rural Development and over twenty years' experience with Mokoro. He is responsible for the administration of Mokoro's overseas assignments, including contractual liaison with clients. He brings to this role a professional understanding of Mokoro's work and is frequently a principal editor of Mokoro's reports.
